The World Football School in Stamford will accept players of all abilities aged 12-16 years old. Squads will be based on ‘development’ level and ‘high performance’ levels to cater for all standards.

The school team will play fixtures in competitive league and cup competitions as well as tournaments with video and match analysis to help with each player’s development.

There will also be opportunities to play in Showcase Matches as well as matches against pro club academies.

A typical football week will involve matches on a Wednesday and Saturday with afternoon sessions on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Coaching sessions will be focussed on developing players technically, tactically, physically and psychologically. This will involve sessions on the training pitch alongside match and video analysis workshops as well as strength & conditioning as part of a players individual development.

There will also be opportunities to watch live matches in the Premier League and English Football League and other excursions including stadium tours.
